Location: Minneapolis, MN

Contractor Project Manager for construction of the historic Mill Ruins Park.  The Mill Ruins Park is part of the famed Minneapolis Stone Arch Bridge corridor and is managed by the Minneapolis Park Department.  This highly public project entailed restoring and re-building the old flour mill sites adjacent to the Mississippi River near St. Anthony Falls in downtown Minneapolis.  The project focused on restoring the ruins to a usable park setting while maintaining the historic value and legacy of the area.  The project is on the banks of the Mississippi below Lock and Dam 1 and required complex staging and phasing to manage the continual river flow.
