Owner:  City of River Falls
Location: Downtown River Falls, WI

City of River Falls, WI, Project Manager for design and construction management of the new River Falls Public Library. Coordinated activities between architect, contractors, library board, library building committee, and city council on a new 65,000-square-foot library.  Project entailed design and construction of a new facility on a site in the heart of this Kinnickinnic River community.  Several years of public involvement including planning and design charettes, open door idea policies, and interest groups such as Trout Unlimited led to the final building and site design embraced by the entire community.  This highly successful project resulted from extensive community input and effort.  Mr Beier, as City Engineer, was an integral part of the community realizing this decades long dream.
