Beier Engineering provided complete civil infrastructure design for the Silver Leaf Planned Unit Development (PUD). Silver Leaf PUD is a 16 acre high density multi-family residential subdivision consisting of eight 8-plex and ten 6-plex residential 2-bedroom units. The subdivision design elements provided by Beier Engineering are:
- 1 mile of urban section roadway
- 10,000 ft of sanitary sewer main extension (City of Sparta Standard)
- 12,000 ft of water main extension (City of Sparta Standard)
- Mass Grading of approximately 60,000cy cut, 80,000cy fill
- 18 lots with sewer/water services
- 3 stormwater management ponds
- Coordination with the City of Sparta for design of future city infrastructure
- Submittal of Design Packages to Include:
- City of Sparta General Development Plan
- City of Sparta Site Specific Plan
- WDNR Storm Water Management Plan, Hydraulic Modeling, Erosion Control, and Permitting
- WDNR Sanitary Sewer Extension Permitting
- WDNR Watermain Extension Permitting
Beier Engineering also provided cost estimating, bidding documents, and coordination with potential contractors.
