Red Clover Ranch Event Center

This project consisted of repurposing an aged ag barn structure to a fully code compliant commercial event center. The alteration and conversion of the existing agriculture dairy barn to an event center included structure modifications to the hay loft floor system, the arch barn roof system and the barn wall system to comply with current commercial structural loading and fire protection requirements.  Beier Engineering designed the modifications to the structure, complete architectural designs, accessibility compliance, complete HVAC and coordinated the fire protection upgrades to allow this facility to accommodate 150+ people for numerous events. The design and state approval also included a commercial kitchen. Our team worked closely with the owner/contractor to provide fully approved commercial building plans.
