Tomah Health Maintenance Building

Our team provided the design, plans and state DSPS permitting for Tomah Health’s 2800 sf maintenance building located on their Tomah Health medical campus. Beier Engineering provided a complete one-stop commercial building package to include architectural, structural, and HVAC designs/plans. This was a design-build effort with a teaming of Beier Engineering, Market & Johnson, and Nicor Metal Buildings.  Other design elements included fire protection review, energy compliance, site drainage/grading and erosion control.
