This corporate office building is a work in progress. With preliminary design complete, this is an example of an office building that our team can create while working with the owner and the local economic development board.

Beier Engineering is providing a complete one-stop commercial building and site design to include WDSPS and WDNR building and storm water permitting. Design elements included foundation, structural, architectural, HVAC, fire protection review, energy compliance, site drainage/grading and erosion control.
