Sainski Flex Storage Buildings – Structural Design

This project consisted of 3 FLEX-SPACE self-storage buildings totaling 25,000 sf of storage units located in Bristol, WI.  Each 1250sf – 1500sf storage unit is heated and included an ADA bathroom.  Each unit also had trench drains and water hose bids. Beier Engineering provided the State DSPS structural design package. Our role was the structural subconsultant to the local primary designer. Services we provided included:

• Coordination with state WDSPS plan reviewers to facilitate timely review/permitting
• Complete State DSPS Approved Structural Package.
