This car wash facility is a work in progress. With preliminary design complete, this is an example of a masonry/precast car wash facility that our team can create while working with the owner, equipment supplier, and contractor.

Beier Engineering is providing a complete one-stop commercial building and site design. Design elements included foundation, structural, architectural, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection review, energy compliance, site drainage/grading and erosion control.
