Stockhausen Flex-Storage Buildings – Structural Design

Location: West Bend, WI

This project consisted of 4 self-storage buildings totaling 50,000 sf of storage units located in New Berlin, WI. Each 1500 sf FLEX-SPACE storage unit is heated and has an ADA bathroom. Units also have floor trench drain with water hose bibs. Beier Engineering provided the State DSPS structural design package. Our role was the structural subconsultant to the local primary designer. Services we provided included:

• Coordination with state WDSPS plan reviewers to facilitate timely review/permitting
• Complete State DSPS Approved Structural Package.
