Location: Viroqua, WI
This project consisted of 4 self-storage buildings totaling 25,000 sf of storage units. The project is in the Viroqua Industrial Park on a 2 acre site. Beier Engineering provided a complete one-stop commercial building and site design to include:
- Coordination with City of Viroqua Development Board, Plan Commission, City Council
- Complete State DSPS Approved Commercial Building Design, Plans, and Permits
- Architectural, Structural, Site Design, IBC Code Compliance
- Site Grading, Storm Water Pond, Drainage/Runoff Design
- WDNR storm water permitting. Hydraulic Modeling for site > 1 acre
