Kokoro Farm Event Center is a facility catering to corporate retreats, self improvement seminars and culinary classes/seminars. Located near the East Fork of the Kickapoo River, this project is the renovation and conversion of an existing dairy barn to a fully code compliant Commercial Assembly building. Beier Engineering designed the modifications to the structure, architectural layout, accessibility compliance, complete HVAC and coordinated the fire protection upgrades to allow this facility to accommodate 150+ people for numerous events. The facility also includes a full commercial kitchen which we designed and obtain state permits. Our team worked closely with the owner/contractor to provide fully approved commercial building plans and commercial kitchen plans to allow their dream to become a reality.
