Our team provided the design, plans and state DSPS permitting for WCCU’s 2800 sf storage building located in Westby. Beier Engineering provided a complete one-stop commercial building package to include architectural, structural, and HVAC designs/plans. This is an example of a post-frame (pole building) being designed to a commercial building standard with full state approval and permitting. Other design elements included fire protection review, energy compliance, site drainage/grading and erosion control.
