Vernon County Fair Bathroom

Our team provided design, plans and state DSPS permitting for a proposed public bathroom building at the Vernon County Fairgrounds. This design was not constructed but was approved by the fair board and the state. Beier Engineering provided a complete one-stop commercial building package to include architectural, structural, HVAC, and plumbing designs/plans. The state review of this concrete masonry building was complicated by the near location of multiple other public buildings in which the cluster was reviewed as one building. This required unique fire separation considerations of the proposed building.
