City Engineer reviewing and approving all subdivision development in River Falls, WI. During Mr. Beier’s time as City Engineer, River Falls and the surrounding area was the fastest growing region in Wisconsin. River Falls is a bedroom community to the Twin Cities and, as such, generated massive growth. Darrin worked closely with private developers to establish sensible, sustainable, and practical growth in terms of design standards and stewardship of the environment in building the needed residential subdivisions for the city.
