“Construction Management means proactive forecasting of problems, not reactive solving of situations.”

Construction Project Managment
Construction Management (CM) of all size infrastructure projects is Beier Engineering’s emphasis. We believe in aggressively and actively managing construction projects versus observing the work. The ability to forecast and anticipate conflicts or problems is how we define construction management.
Our experience and focus on projects managed as a contractor, consultant, and government manager centralize on formal construction management techniques and methods. Mr. Beier has developed and managed the Midwest Construction Management Group of a leading national consulting engineering firm. He also developed and honed CM techniques and skills as a Contractor Project Manager for Midwest bridge, highway, utility, and building contractors. These skills of construction techniques and CM methods resulted in a role as a national project adviser for complex bridge projects.
