Stetter Electric is a regional electrical contractor serving commercial and residential customers. This project was the remodel and conversion of an existing agriculture structure to a fully code compliant Commercial Building. Beier Engineering designed the modifications to the structure, architectural layout, accessibility compliance, complete HVAC and coordinated the fire protection upgrades to allow Stetter Electric to utilize this agriculture structure as their commercial compliant office and warehouse headquarters. Beier Engineering has become skilled in repurposing and upgrading existing ag buildings to fully compliant commercial building facilities
