State DSPS Level 3 Alteration. Our team provided the design, plans and state DSPS permitting for Sealand’s 2000 sf storage building addition to their existing facility in Coon Valley. Beier Engineering provided a complete one-stop commercial building package to include architectural, structural, and HVAC designs/plans. This is an example of how an addition to an existing commercial building triggers the state review for some aspects of the entire facility. Additions to existing facilities can be complicated in terms of how the state reviews the entire facility.
